Scarlet Cord is made up of a diverse community who share the common concern for the health and safety of women throughout the lifespan.

We work cohesively to further the interests of all women, especially those who are sexually exploited and culturally marginalized.

Specifically, we complete street outreach, serve a free dinner, and provide donated hygiene items (when available) every Friday night.

A commitment of one Friday a month is required at a minimum for those who volunteer directly.

The evening is spent in the company of female friends, engaging in conversation, and sharing in the experience of life.

We build relationships centered on trust and love, holding each other’s hands as we walk through life together.
